Use this form to order your Senior class shirt. Shirts are $25 Cash or Checks made out to SFHS can be delivered to Coach Faust in E105. Orders must be placed by end of the day on March 2nd. Should arrive at the school the week after Spring Break. Please specify the number of shirts and sizes you need. Must be paid by March 3rd.
