Training Tips from Houston Methodist Athletic Training

LEAPP (Lower Extremity Agility Plyometric Progression) is a series of exercises that can enhance an athlete’s level of performance, help decrease the chance of injury, and accelerate an athlete’s return to play after a lower extremity injury.
