Welcome to the SFHS Wellness Counselors page.  

The Wellness Center Staff is available to all students at Santa Fe High School.  The staff at the Wellness Center strive to empower students to maximize their overall potential by supporting the mental health well-being of all students.  We are a safe and confidential place located on campus.  Every student is assigned a Wellness Counselor that can be seen by appointment during school hours (counseling consent form needed).

Our Services Include: 

Individual, Group and Family Sessions 

We can help with: Coping Skills, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship Issues, Self Harm/Suicidal Ideation, Trauma, Referrals to Resources, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
