Enrollment and Registration Support Night Information

We’re Here to Help!

Santa Fe ISD will host Enrollment and Registration Support Nights to assist families with completing online student registration and uploading required documents. Join us at any support night session! Computers, helpful staff, and bilingual assistance will be available.

Students New to SFISD

Please bring:

Student’s birth certificate
Student’s Social Security card
Student’s immunization records
Proof of residency (Residency documentation must be current and in the name of the parent or guardian.)
Parent or guardian's valid photo ID

Returning SFISD Students

Please bring:

Student’s immunization records (if updated immunizations are required)
Proof of residency (Residency documentation must be current and in the name of the parent or guardian.)

What documents are required for registration?

Before registering your child, please make sure that you have the following documents ready and available:

your birth certificate
your child's social security card
your child's immunization records
current proof of residency showing the parent/guardian's name and service address (examples: light bill, cable bill, water bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement)
parent/guardian's VALID state ID (driver's license, passport)

Additional Required Documents for Pre K Registration:

proof of income (current paycheck stub or current tax return IF self-employed)
current TANF or SNAP eligibility letter (must have child's name listed)
