 Public Comment Request - SFISD Board Meetings 

 
  PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: The Board of Trustees will hear public comment on agenda items at all open meetings in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.007.
   
  PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: The Board of Trustees will hear public comment on non-agenda items at regular meetings in APRIL, AUGUST AND DECEMBER in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.007.
   
  You must register by completing this form in person in the Superintendent’s Office at 4133 Warpath or by submitting the form on-line at www.sfisd.org under the School Board tab. The form must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately preceding the Board meeting if the Board meeting occurs on a Monday.*
*For meetings that occur on a day other than Monday, the form must be received no later than 4:00pm on two business days immediately preceding the Board meeting. (Example: If the meeting is on a Wednesday, the form must be received on Monday at 4:00 p.m. If the District is closed on Monday, the form must be received the preceding Friday at 4:00 p.m.).
   
  In accordance with the law, no deliberation, discussion, or decision will be made other than to consider a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting, unless the subject is listed on the board agenda, in which case it may be discussed by the Board. Each participant/delegation is limited to up to a maximum of THREE MINUTES in length per meeting, and the Board President may further reduce/limit this amount of time in the interest of time and efficiency. Public comments must not mention any employees by name or position or contain any personally identifiable reference.
