BOARD HIGHLIGHTS
RECOGNITIONS
Santa Fe Junior High recognized student Lily Lawyer for having her artwork chosen to be on exhibit at the TASA/TASB Conference this weekend.
Santa Fe High School recognized Rylee Slaughter, Callie Barton and Katelyn Boyte for their quick response in contacting 911 for their injured teacher, Mr. Dunn at the AG barn.
The District recognized students, staff and substitute spotlights for the month of September: Elementary Spotlight Student from Barnett Elementary was 1st grader Thad Skipper. Secondary Spotlight Student from SF Junior High was 6th grader Mason Brandon. Third grade teacher Sara Lauer was the spotlight staff member and the spotlight substitute from Santa Fe High School was Tammie Cromie.

Dr. Gordon presented the resolution for the Bullet-Resistant Shields Grant that the Police Department has applied for.
