    RECOGNITIONS

    The Business office recognized Bryan Holliday for receiving the Purchasing Award of Merit from TASBO.

    REGULAR AGENDA

    Approved the Order Authorizing the Defeasance and Redemption of a Portion of the District's Outstanding Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2017, approving an Escrow Agreement and Providing for Other Matters and Procedures Related Thereto.

    Adopted the 2022-2023 General Fund Budget, Nutrition Services and Debt Services budget by function as presented in the Budget Summary.

    Approved the resolution for purchasing employee appreciation items as needed throughout the year.

    Approved the resolution for the Santa Fe Historical Foundation's use of the Alamo Gym and adjacent building, School Museum and adjacent buildings on Hwy 6 when the buildings become available.

    Approved the Deductive Change Order from Fielder's Choice in the amount of $160,530.00 for the synthetic turf field and track repairs for an amended contracted cost of $2,372,232.00.

    Approved the donation of $10,000.00 from the Santa Fe Youth Soccer program and cover the remaining funds needed for JM Construction to build two new restrooms at the Santa Fe Youth Soccer fields located at R.J. Wollam Elementary.

    Approved the purchase of 25 laser projectors for JH and HS and 24 interactive boards for 2 grade levels at Kubacak and RJW.

    Approved the purchase of 1,400 laptop cases for HS and 700 laptop cases for JH.

    Approved the meal price increase for the 2022-23 school year as presented.

    Approved the contract with Harris County Department of Education not to exceed $125,250 for the 2022/2023 school year for 5 students attending The Adaptive Behavior School Campus (ABS EAST).
