• SUMMER READING 2021

SFISD and Mae Bruce Library are splashing into summer together as they launch the Summer Reading Programs.  Santa Fe ISD campuses will offer days for students to come to the library and check out/in books. Students are also encouraged to visit the Mae S. Bruce Library for double rewards.  Students can check out books to read, use their Beanstack app. Both the school and Mae S. Bruce link together in Beanstack and students can earn double prizes.

If you have any questions, reach out to your child’s ELA teacher or campus librarian. We hope that you will encourage your child to read over the summer. Also, to remind your child that reading is not only important, but it can also be fun!

    SFISD Summer Reading Program Winners

This summer all SFISD students were invited to participate in a Summer Reading Program in partnership with Mae. S Bruce library. Each student was able to log their minutes read into the Beanstack reading app to receive badges and prizes funded by the Santa Fe Education Foundation. The readers with the most badges earned, were then celebrated at each campus with additional rewards for their achievements. We are very proud of all the students that participated in the Summer Reading Program, and look forward to another successful summer for the 2021-2022 school year.
