Santa Fe ISD COVID-19 DASHBOARD
Update as of March 30, 2021 - On March 4, 2021, TEA stated that the governing board of a school system may modify or eliminate, by formal action, the previously determined related mask requirement. At the Santa Fe ISD school board meeting on Monday, March 29, 2021, the Board of Trustees voted to allow masks for students and staff to be optional at district facilities, schools, and school related events on SFISD property. SFISD has established safety protocols to mitigate, prevent and respond to the virus and will continue to follow and update these protocols based on local health district guidelines, with the primary focus on maximizing the potential for in-person learning for all students.
In an effort to keep the lines of communication open with our community stakeholders, the district will be providing this weekly COVID-19 Case report each Monday. As a district, we will continue to take precautions to ensure the health and safety of our students, staff and the community.
