Instructional Support Department

The Instructional Support Department is comprised of multiple programs that are designed to improve student learning by meeting the varied needs of students. All programs and services within the Instructional Support Department work together by utilizing a collaborative problem solving approach to identify and define areas of need, analyze problems, develop plans and monitor progress toward improving the learning process. Personnel within each department collaborate to ensure that all members of the learning community are receiving the support needed to facilitate increased student achievement.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Instructional Support Department is to enhance teaching and learning in the Santa Fe Independent School District learning community through collaboration, training, support and the implementation of innovative strategies that will result in academic excellence for all.
