Parent info:

When a student is absent from school, he/she will be required to bring a note on the day he/she returns to school.  The note should contain the current date, the student's legal name, reason for the absence and the date of the absence.  The parent/guardian must sign the note.  The note must be received within 3 days following the student's absence.  A student who is absent 4 or more consecutive days may be required to have a note from an attending physician. Notes, which are not received in the appropriate time frame, will result in your student receiving an unexcused absence.

We realize that sometimes these things can be overlooked, so we wanted to make you aware of the above information.  When your child has been absent please make sure you have provided us with the proper documentation.

Parents: Please help your child with their homework daily. Homework is a practice of what they are learning in school. Your support is vital to the success of our students. Daily oral reading also helps students with their comprehension which include the basics - who, why, when, where, & how.
